About The Event
Louise takes us on a journey from 1400BC Syria to contemporary, including traditional pieces, music by Richard the Lionheart, Handel, Billie Eilish, and her own improvisations.
Louise Johnson, internatonally acclaimed harpist, began her harp studies at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music High School with June Loney at the age of 12. Louise has travelled the globe performing with many different orchestras and groups, including the Australian Symphony Orchestras, the Bolshoi Opera in Russia and Sadler’s Wells in England. She has performed with Peter Allen and The Bee Gees and on a number of television shows.
