About The Event
We are excited to begin the year with a beautiful recital by Albert Au on pianohas been drawn to music since infancy and began formal instruction when he was three. He has since progressed and at 13 years of age he is studying with Tania McGrath. He has also taken up the violin. He has performed with On-Pointe
Productions, in many Shoalhaven and Wollongong Eisteddfods, with great success, and secured the St Cecilia Piano Classical Music Scholarship. Apart from these outstanding successes, Albert remains grounded and compassionate. He aspires to utilise the therapeutic power of music by performing in aged
care and nursing home facilities. Albert was presented with Music Shoalhaven’s HUGH MACKEN AWARD in 2023.
The free performance is to be followed by drinks and nibbles and the Annual General Meeting in the hall.
